The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a long day of exploring. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and plenty of parking available.
There were a few downsides to our stay. the shower in our room was quite small and the water pressure was not the best.

Easy to find from airport, good parking, handy location to station for catching alpine express throught to Greymouth. Very close to Dux Dine for superb dinner. Very clean and tidy.
Was never asked if we wanted upstairs rooms or down. We had elderly relatives with us and would have requested downstairs room but were offered a downstairs room on arrival.

Good location for city which was within easy walking distance and quiet considering. Right side of city for pick up to airport
Internet charges. Not acceptable and contrasted with other motels we used.

Great location, close to restaurants and shopping. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We appreciate that they have a kitchenette, which is very practical for a romantic escape. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving us suggestions on where to eat and what to do during our stay.
The noise level was unbearable. The walls were paper-thin and we could hear everything from the adjacent rooms and the street.

The motel is conveniently located near a number of good eateries and has plenty of parking available. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a kitchenette and microwave for convenience. The staff is welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
There were some maintenance issues, such as a leaking shower cubicle and a partially clogged shower head.
